Flap Wheels
Beartex Flap Wheels are formed by mounting
sheets of Beartex web material around a fibre
centre hub... the tightly packed pieces
forming the spokes of a wheel.
The construction makes flap wheel most
conformable of all the Beartex wheel products.
This provides a cushioning action which is ideal
for use on uneven or irregular surfaces, as well
as flat areas. Beartex flap wheels are available
from 120# to 1000# in Silicon Carbide and
Aluminium Oxide. When the flap wheel made
of Aluminium Oxide is used on most metals, it
produces a dull or matt type long scratch
pattern. Flap wheels made of Silicon Carbide
abrasive produce a semi bright or glossy finish.

Beartex T Series Mops are made from a high
strength nylon fibre impregnated with synthetic
abrasive grains and bonded into a 3 dimensional
structure. This property ensures that there is a

The high strength nylon fibre imparts resistance to
